Overview

As Streamlead (m / f / d) of the SAP Integration Management sub-project in an international S / 4HANA greenfield implementation project you will be responsible for the management and coordination of integration topics. You will design innovative solutions take on strategic and operational responsibility and make a significant contribution to the success of the project.

Location

Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city centre where we are currently setting up a new office location. Until the office is fully set-up within the next few months you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home-office and continue with a hybrid working model position is not a fully remote position and an onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and implementation: Management of the integration management sub-project in an international S / 4HANA greenfield implementation in close cooperation with sub-project managers and the overall project management
• Management and overall responsibility: Coordination of services throughout implementation and roll-out including progress monitoring and weekly status reports to ensure project quality
• Holistic requirements engineering: Capturing analyzing and prioritizing functional and technical requirements in the respective environment with a focus on comprehensive concept development and process integrity
• Quality Assurance and Team Development: Ensuring the quality of integrative solutions and continuous optimization of quality standards with a focus on building knowledge and training within the project teams
• Knowledge management and method development: Support of strategic documentation and knowledge transfer for the sustainable further development of project methods and implementation tools
• Communication and collaboration: Close collaboration with other IT areas and internal departments to coordinate and implement new technologies
• Promoting a positive corporate culture: Ensuring an appreciative and supportive working environment and building a team that is goal-oriented motivated and customer-focused

Qualifications

• You are a dynamic leader with a degree in business informatics computer science or a comparable qualification and have sound experience in managing SAP projects of a comparable size. You are characterized by your communication skills and high social competence and know how to motivate employees and create a positive team culture
• Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in large highly complex SAP projects with solid experience in managing projects of this scale
• Technical know-how: Expert knowledge of integration patterns and technologies as well as a strong understanding of processes particularly in the areas of concept development and quality assurance
• Planning and leadership skills: Experience in planning and conceptualization as well as leadership skills to use expertise strategically (even without direct application)
• Analytical-strategic problem-solving skills: Analytical and conceptual skills combined with a diplomatic proactive approach to efficiently handle complex tasks
• Strong communication skills and intercultural competence: Excellent communication skills assertiveness and a high level of problem-solving competence
• Languages: Proficient in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage
