Responsibilities
- Assist our online community by resolving inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and precision.
- Become an expert on Facebook products, community standards, and policies.
- Make balanced decisions and advocate for our users, ensuring their voices are heard.
- Communicate effectively with empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
- Investigate and resolve reports on account issues, abusive content, and other user concerns.
- Leverage your market knowledge to identify opportunities for scalable solutions and improved user experiences.
- Analyze data trends to recommend workflow enhancements and address policy nuances.
- Enforce community guidelines by monitoring reports and reviewing flagged content within set quality standards.
- Spot inefficiencies in workflows and suggest actionable solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Language Proficiency: Spanish fluency (C1) and strong English communication skills.
- Critical Thinking: Solid reasoning and analytical abilities to navigate complex issues.
- Education: College education or equivalent experience (military background accepted).
- Experience: Up to 1 year in a BPO or related service environment is a plus.
- Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of regional and cultural nuances to support effective policy implementation.
