We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, communicates effectively in English, and thrives in cross-functional collaboration. This role involves designing and optimizing user experiences for both mobile and desktop platforms, working closely with internal teams, and translating design concepts into functional solutions.

This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Spain or Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other departments to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensure consistency and quality of designs across all platforms.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs with precision and usability.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve UI/UX outcomes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience designing for both desktop and mobile interfaces.
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and their role in responsive design.
• Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work, process, and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the travel or tourism industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
