A leading tourism company seeks enthusiastic individuals to become part of their Blue Guide team at TUI BLUE Flamingo Beach hotel. The position includes guiding guests, using digital tools, and promoting services. A competitive salary starting at €1,670 gross/month plus commission is offered. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is adaptable, and speaks fluent English, with German being advantageous. This role requires strong communication skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Blue Guides. If you have the right to work in Spain, live in or close to Yaiza (Lanzarote) and speak English and ideally German, then keep on reading!

ABOUT OUR OFFER

• A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 1670 € gross/month, and your earned commission on top. For TUI Hotel Reps, an average commission potential starting from 200€ - 600€ per month with no upper limit. The more you sell, the more you earn.
• In case you speak English plus German, then your basic salary starts at 1837 € gross/month.
• A company iPad & uniform are of course standard.
• Work week of 39 hours with 2 days off.
• 22 days of Holiday (on a full year) + we give you two extra days (on your Birthday and one Happy day).

ABOUT THE JOB

• You will help and guide guests throughout their TUI BLUE experience using both face-to-face, digital service and sales tools available.
• This exciting role is based at our TUI BLUE Flamingo Beach hotel in Lanzarote.
• You will be meeting, coordinating, advising, selling, and fixing more complex problems for our TUI BLUE guests and promote our BLUE app, online products and services.
• You will partake in additional PR activities as part of the TUI BLUE guest experience – this may range from attending daily theme nights to starring in a weekly TUI BLUE Team Show.
• You will be able to monitor and celebrate your success with regular sales target updates with guest feedback results for service provided in your hotel and how well you have ‘solved on the spot’.

• Digital know-how, willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible products & services.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are key, as well as the ability to solve problems and to work well both independently and as part of a diverse team.
• You are fully conversational in English – German would be advantageous.
