A multinational chemical company is seeking a dedicated Account Manager based in Madrid, Spain. This role involves maintaining client accounts, managing expectations, and driving sales processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales and a relevant degree. Proficiency in Arabic, Spanish, English, and French is essential, along with excellent commercial negotiation skills. This position requires significant travel, including time in Morocco, and effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of functional sales / business development / application engineering experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience in driving development projects and exceeding objectives.

Responsabilidades

  • Maintain client accounts and serve as the main point of contact.
  • Manage customer performance and expectations.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Develop and implement account plans to negotiate commercial offers.
  • Provide input to the monthly forecasting process.

Conocimientos

Native Arab speaker
Fluent in Spanish
Fluent in English
Fluent in French
Strong commercial negotiation skills
Experience in building relationships

Educación

BSc / MSc degree in Technical / Scientific / Commercial education
