Responsibilities include making reservations, responding to client inquiries, and managing customer information. Ideal candidates have over 5 years in the travel industry, excellent Spanish, and knowledge of GDS systems. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in the Travel Industry.
• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or experience in a local travel agency.
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up).
• Availability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing.

Responsabilidades

• Make reservations for clients through the platform.
• Respond to client requests via phone, chat, and email.
• Enter customer information to issue or update reservations.
• Explain rules and procedures using our service on the platform.

We are looking for

We are looking for new travel agents with experience in the Travel Industry and customer care who have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Your role in BizAway

• Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
• Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests through our platform
• Entering customer information in our system to issue a reservation or update the booking
• Explaining rules and procedures to use our service on the Platform
• Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc)

Your basic qualifications

• +5 years of previous experience in the Travel Industry
• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in a local travel agency
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up)
• Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in the morning)
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check
