We're seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking professional to collaborate closely with our CEO and senior leadership team. This is a pivotal role offering substantial exposure across all aspects of the business.

• You'll lead high-impact projects, drive internal processes, and help us scale faster and smarter.
• You'll assist the leadership team in executing the company's vision and strategy.

This individual will be responsible for :

Strategy Execution : Translate company priorities into clear plans and ensure follow-through across teams.

Operations : Streamline processes, build structure where needed, and drive day-to-day execution across business functions.

Finance & Reporting : Own company-wide reporting and accounting.

Investor Relations & Fundraising : Assist in preparing board and investor materials, and collaborate on fundraising efforts.

RevOps : Own and improve how we track pipeline performance, activities, and forecast.

People & Culture : Support team planning, hiring processes, onboarding, and internal communication.

Special Projects : Take on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives with full autonomy.

To succeed in this role, you should have :

2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or in a high-growth tech startup.

A sharp mind with strong business acumen and a bias for action.

Highly organized, analytical, and an excellent communicator (both written and verbal).

Passion for technology and the applications of artificial intelligence.

Strong commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement, with little guidance.

Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.

Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and workflow management tools.

A collaborative spirit, valuing teamwork, feedback, and striving for excellence.

Fluency in English and Spanish.

Bonus points if you've :

Been a Chief of Staff or Founder Associate in a similar startup.

Founded your own project or business before.
