Formación

  • Previous experience in switchboard operations or luxury hospitality environments preferred.

Overview

As a Telephone Operator, you will be the first voice representing the luxury, warmth, and excellence of The Ritz‑Carlton. You will manage internal and external communications with professionalism, anticipate guest needs, and ensure efficient, clear, and personalized responses.

Responsibilities
  • Handle and manage internal and external calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Act as the first point of telephone contact for guests, ensuring service aligned with our Gold Standards.
  • Route requests and inquiries to the appropriate departments and follow up when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about resort services, operating hours, events, restaurants, and local attractions.
  • Manage messages, wake‑up calls, and special requests with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and other departments.
  • Record and update relevant guest information in internal systems.
  • Handle telephone‑related incidents with discretion, empathy, and a solution‑oriented approach.
  • Support Front Office operations when required, while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear, warm, and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong service orientation and ability to convey genuine hospitality over the phone.
  • Previous experience in switchboard operations, telephone service, or luxury hospitality environments (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask, work as part of a team, and remain composed during high‑volume periods.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages (German, French, etc.) are a strong advantage.
  • Valid work permit for Spain.
