An innovative animation studio in Madrid is seeking a motivated Systems Support Technician Trainee for a paid internship. This role offers hands-on experience in hardware and software support, perfect for those transitioning from academia to industry. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s program, have a strong interest in technology, and can commit to at least 3 months on-site.

Formación

• Knowledge in integrating new applications and hardware.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Availability for at least 3 months on-site, 35h/week.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare necessary hardware for new hires.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Resolve most tickets on the first contact.
• Configure mobile devices and peripherals.
• Test internal tools and new implementations.
• Follow the tutor's guidance.

Responsibilities

• Performs in the preparation of the necessary hardware for new incorporations.
• Performs the installation, configuration, layout, and maintenance of hardware and software equipment’s.
• Solves most tickets in the first contact.
• Configures mobile devices or other peripherals.
• Tests internal testing tools and new implementations.
• Follows the tutor's guidance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the integration of new applications and new hardware in user’s equipment’s and inventory maintenance through the person in charge for it.
• Knowledge in different OS: Windows & Linux.
• Must be available for at least 3 months onsite (from Monday until Friday, 35h / week).
• Must be currently enrolled in your last year in an Associate, Bachelor, or Master’s program at an accredited institution.
• Self-starter with proficient writing and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• Highly motivated and interested in Animation and Technology.
• Good team player!
• High English level.
• Spanish desirable.
