Overview
In our team you will be in charge of :
- Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to detect current and future talent needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
- Attract candidates through LinkedIn, InfoJobs, Tecnoempleo and other professional platforms.
- Represent GMV at job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate and support onboarding processes to ensure a great start for new joiners.
- Conduct check-ins and follow-up interviews to ensure smooth integration.
- Actively participate in performance evaluation meetings.
- Support in the identification of development goals and help with the development plan.
- Manage offboarding and conduct exit interviews, gathering valuable feedback.

Qualifications
- Graduates with background in Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
- 1-2 years of work experience in talent acquisition or generalist HR roles.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, databases, and social media platforms.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using interview techniques and evaluation methods to source candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions proactively is valued.
- Knowledge of engineering, IT, or highly technical profiles is valued; understanding of different roles and skill sets across an organization.
