Una empresa líder en servicios de software de seguros busca un Líder Técnico Senior para unirse a su equipo. Esta posición implica liderar una plataforma de microservicios y gestionar un equipo. Se requiere más de 10 años de experiencia en el desarrollo de JAVA, Microservicios y métodos Agile. Un entorno creativo y colaborativo será promovido entre el equipo. Se valora la experiencia internacional.

Formación

• 10 años en tecnología de desarrollo JAVA.
• Perfil 'hands on' con capacidades técnicas y gestión de equipos.
• Experiencia en entornos internacionales.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary & Responsibilities

key responsabilities

• Lead the microservices platform and tools that support a global stack of applications, related with JAVA, TDD, Spring Boot, NoSQL and many other technologies.
• Team and technical management, architecture, code reviews, research new technologies, write unit tests, legacy migrations, provide team a vision of the project objectives, problem solving, meetings…
• Create an environment oriented to creative thinking, and cohesive team effort, encourage creativity, coordinate with external and internal customers, work with other manager and sponsors, and many others.
• Project will sustain lots of other projects made in different parts of the world.
