Una empresa de tecnología busca un Technical Team Lead en Madrid. El candidato liderará un equipo de ingenieros en el desarrollo de soluciones escalables para cumplir con regulaciones ESG. Deberá tener experiencia en liderazgo, conocimiento en TypeScript, React y Node.js, y habilidades en comunicación. La posición sigue un modelo de trabajo híbrido, con tres días en la oficina. Formación

• Experiencia en liderazgo, habiendo dirigido equipos como Team Lead o Tech Lead.
• Conocimiento en desarrollo de aplicaciones escalables usando TypeScript, React y Node.js.
• Comprensión profunda de metodologías ágiles y mejora continua de flujos de trabajo.
• Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas para transformar requisitos complejos.
• Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y no técnicos.

Responsabilidades

• Escribir código escalable y de alta calidad mientras se lidera y se guía al equipo.
• Definir la dirección técnica y las mejores prácticas de desarrollo.

As a Technical Team Lead you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Business Partner Transparency (BPT) within our osapiens HUB. This enterprise-grade platform helps companies comply with critical ESG regulations like : "The German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act" (LkSG) – ensuring suppliers uphold human rights and environmental standards, The Whistleblower Directive – providing secure, anonymous reporting channels, The Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) – upcoming EU-wide sustainability compliance.

In this role, you will combine technical expertise with leadership, guiding a team of 5-7 engineers to build scalable, high-impact solutions. You will shape the team's technical direction, champion best practices, and work closely with product managers to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Demonstrating proven leadership experience by having previously led teams as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer, with a strong focus on mentoring and guiding team members.

Bringing expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js by developing scalable, high‑performance applications with modern full‑stack technologies.

Applying a deep understanding of agile development by thriving in fast‑paced, iterative environments and continuously improving team workflows.

Exercising excellent problem‑solving skills by breaking down complex business requirements into simple, effective technical solutions.
