Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Technical Support Advisor to join their teams in A Coruña.

  • Position : Technical Support Advisor
  • Location : On-site in Galicia, or Remote from mainland Spain
  • Employment type : Full-time
  • Remuneration : Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and professional support.
  • Handle a wide range of customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based technologies and productivity tools.
  • Apply logical and critical thinking to analyze problems and identify effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues when needed.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native or fluent-level proficiency in English (ie C1), plus working knowledge of at least one of the following languages : Italian, Polish, Spanish, or Portuguese (C1).
  • Education or hands-on experience in IT, particularly in areas such as cloud technologies, productivity software (e.g., Office suite, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server), or Windows operating systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and empathetically.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in technical or customer service environments.
