Responsibilities
Your Tasks / Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the client portfolio.
- Prospect new clients, conduct meetings, and present products and solutions.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Promote and follow up on projects with architects, specifiers, contractors, and installers.
- Prepare commercial proposals and support the entire sales cycle, from negotiation to closing.
- Provide technical and commercial support.
- Efficiently manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes.
- Prospectar nuevos clientes: realizar reuniones y presentar productos y soluciones.
- Establecer y fortalecer relaciones con los principales actores del sector.
- Promocionar y dar seguimiento a proyectos con arquitectos, prescriptores, constructoras e instaladores.
- Elaborar propuestas comerciales y acompañar todo el ciclo de ventas, desde la negociación hasta el cierre.
- Brindar soporte técnico-comercial.
- Gestionar de manera eficaz el pipeline utilizando el CRM.
Profile / Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Autonomous, dynamic, and results-driven profile.
- Proven experience in sales (systems and/or glass).
- Knowledge in fire-resistant systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Spain. Residence in Barcelona or Madrid preferred.
- Proficiency with sales support tools: CRM, MS Office.
- Intermediate knowledge of English and/or French is valued.

- Experiencia comprobada en la venta de soluciones de carpintería (puertas, ventanas y fachadas) y/o vidrio.
- Conocimiento en sistemas de carpintería cortafuego será considerado un plus.
- Excelentes competencias de comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.
- Disponibilidad para viajar por el territorio español. Residencia en Barcelona o Madrid (preferente).
- Dominio de herramientas de apoyo a la venta: CRM, MS Office.
- Se valorarán conocimientos de inglés y/o francés de nivel intermedio.
