How You Will Make a Difference

• Lead the implementation of a new mobile native business project, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the tech team to understand and fulfill business and client needs, enhancing product performance.
• Synthesize and communicate insights during product development.
• Prioritize and analyze the product backlog.
• Define project strategy and timelines in collaboration with the project director.
• Prepare functional requirements, conduct competitor benchmarking.
• Coordinate project execution with internal teams and external providers.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and assess impacts.
• Maintain updated documentation and perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Establish efficient workflows using agile methodologies and stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor project metrics, financials, and report performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner in a mobile app project.
• Good understanding of backend, mobile technologies, and technical integrations; experience working with IT teams.
• Technical background is desirable.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, use cases, and user stories.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and results-oriented attitude.
• Independent worker with excellent negotiation and influence skills across management levels.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, with international experience preferred.
