The successful candidate will operationalize systems for Player Experience, managing tools like HelpShift, JIRA, and Asana. Responsibilities include coordinating team efforts for integrations, monitoring data flows, and ensuring compliance with data standards. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in technical program management, ideally in live-service games, and a strong understanding of customer service platforms and data privacy. Formación
