A global IoT connectivity provider is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager to drive growth in their IoT connectivity business. We are seeking a Technical Business Development Manager – professional to drive the growth of Soracom’s global IoT connectivity business. This role will bridge technical expertise in mobile connectivity (SIM / eSIM / iSIM, 2G / 3G / 4G / LPWAN / 5G, Roaming, 3GPP / GSMA standards) with commercial strategy, pricing, procurement, supply chain management, vendor management, and business development.
You will be responsible for managing complex commercial negotiations, procurement strategies, vendor relationships, developing new connectivity capabilities, the technical coordination of SIM or Module‑related projects, and expanding Soracom’s ecosystem. As this role sits at the intersection of business and technology, a deep understanding of SIM / eSIM / Module / Cellular technologies, commercial models, and telecommunications industry practices is essential.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience from the MNO / MVNO or CSP / CMP or telecom sector, a strong commercial mindset, and the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Fully remote, with base in the UK or Europe preferred.
