Talent Attraction Specialist
The Talent Attraction Specialist is responsible for leading and executing end‑to‑end recruitment processes to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent. This position is part of a young, dynamic, and highly collaborative Talent Acquisition team with strong visibility across the business. The role works closely with hiring managers from multiple countries, managing global vacancies and partnering with all business areas to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an engaging, high‑quality candidate experience. It is a versatile and fast‑paced position where you will actively contribute to the company’s growth while shaping impactful recruitment practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and ongoing communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with current and future business needs.
- Identify and evaluate new recruitment channels, providing recommendations based on the needs of Win Systems.
- Report regularly on the status of assigned vacancies, flag potential risks early, and provide continuous feedback on recruitment performance.
- Manage job postings and select the most effective recruitment channels according to business priorities and geographical needs.
- Conduct proactive searches and maintain a pool of external talent for key positions.
- Support the preparation and execution of the annual recruitment plan.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and metrics.
- Conduct exit interviews for departing employees when required.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities to strengthen the company’s talent attraction efforts.
- Coordinate and participate in university career fairs, promoting the company’s employer brand and attracting potential candidates.
Requirements and skills
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting role.
- Hands‑on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience hiring technical/software profiles (nice to have — not required; you can learn this with us).
- Strong results orientation, with determination to meet targets and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Creative mindset with the ability to continuously improve and innovate recruitment strategies.
- Strong people orientation and solid understanding of business needs.
- Knowledge of general Human Resources practices and processes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage key responsibilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to contribute to team and organizational success.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
