Formación

  • Experiencia mínima de 3-4 años como reclutador o en adquisición de talento.
  • Nivel alto de inglés (nivel alto de francés es un plus).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacional.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinar con los gerentes de contratación para identificar necesidades de personal.
  • Determinar criterios de selección.
  • Sourcing de candidatos potenciales a través de canales online.

What are we looking for?

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Determine selection criteria.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Interpretate data and support the team in consequences to take actions.

Academic background:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • High English level (high French level is a plus)
  • Proactive, people-oriented, self-starter.
  • Results oriented
  • At least 3-4 years of work experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition
  • Availability for national and international travel
  • Highly valued coming from a multinational in the sector, or from another FMCG sector.
