We are strengthening our Kardex Sales team in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and are currently recruiting for a System Sales Manager to sell integrated system solutions and act as a trusted advisor for our customers.

This is a remote position with the possibility to work from our Madrid office and requires regular travel to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify potential customers (end customers and/or system integrators) in target industry segments and applications.
  2. Acquire new business opportunities and expand the customer base to drive revenue growth.
  3. Develop and implement plans to maximize sales efforts and improve sales efficiency.
  4. Strengthen relationships with existing customers, increasing retention and upselling opportunities.
  5. Assess customer needs, address market challenges, and develop innovative solutions to maintain a competitive advantage.
  6. Collaborate with project teams to develop customer solutions, including technical preparation, risk assessment, scheduling, and cost calculation.
  7. Negotiate technical and commercial project terms, ensure project completion, and facilitate handover to the realization team.
  8. Support team goals, foster a cooperative environment, and contribute to collective results.
  9. Work with marketing to incorporate market requirements into organizational strategies.
  10. Report sales activities monthly according to company KPIs.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3-5 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably in intralogistics or industrial machinery.
  • Experience in consultative sales, familiar with Miller Heiman or similar methodologies.
  • Strong technical and commercial negotiation skills, experienced with contractual documentation.
  • Enjoy working with objectives and under pressure.
  • Languages: Spanish and English are mandatory; Portuguese is a plus.
