A leading industrial technology company is seeking a sales professional to manage business operations in western China. The ideal candidate will have a background in physics, excellent English communication skills, and a technology-oriented sales approach. This role involves intense traveling and building new business relationships within the market.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master preferred in Physics.
  • Experience in vacuum/physics applications preferred.
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsible for business in the west of China.
  • Identify and develop new accounts using effective sales techniques.
  • Report competitors' activities and identify market trends.

Responsibilities

Defined market is R&D and Analytical instrument.

To be in charge of all the business in the west of China, and responsible for the sales result of the business.

Identify new potential accounts by all available methods and call on key personnel at these accounts to develop new business using effective sales techniques.

Ensure all quotations, inquiries and leads are followed up promptly. All leads generated by advertising and shows are to be followed up to obtain new business.

Maintain required customer records and assist to update customer database on an irregular basis to substantially increase the number of customers on the mailing list. Keep informed on corporate products and their applications.

Report competitors' activities to RSM of Leybold China in charge of sales. Identify the market trend, and take the suitable action to follow the trend.

Collect the market information, look for the new application, and cooperate with other department to take appropriate action to create new business field.

Requirements
  • Bachelor or above Degree. Master degree with Physics is preferred.
  • Technology-oriented Sales. Working experience in vacuum/physics application or national scientific facility/research institutes/state laboratories is preferred.
  • Well knowledge on vacuum pumps and components is preferred with strong self-learning ability
  • Strong teamwork and customer orientation spirit
  • Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivation and self-disciplinary
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Intensive traveling activity

Home base Location: city in the west of china, Chengdu or Chongqing or Xi'an is preferred.
