Your responsibilities will include:
  • Country and Site Selection

Lead strategic evaluations of countries and clinical research sites to support clinical trial feasibility.

Analyze epidemiology, regulatory and startup timelines, and operational considerations to develop clear, evidence-based recommendations to guide study placement decisions and geographic strategy.

Collaborate with clinical operations and business development teams to ensure alignment with study objectives.

  • Lead the eFeasibilities process

Support, coordinate, and lead the end-to-end automated feasibility process.

Analyze feasibility data to generate actionable insights and clear recommendations for clients.

  • Support in Business Development and RFP Completions

Support the BD and Proposals teams in the RFP lifecycle.

  • Support to AI and Technology Initiatives

Contribute to the assessment and implementation of AI-driven and digital solutions across all functional and corporate areas.

Act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring tools deliver measurable value.

  • Support to Operational Strategy Initiatives

Collaborate with operational leaders to streamline processes and improve efficiency across all functions.

Conduct analyses to identify bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities.

Translate complex operational data into clear strategic insights for leadership decision-making.

Required profile:
  • University degree highly recommended.
  • 5 years of work experience.
  • Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Very good Excel proficiency, including data analysis and structured modeling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong interest in the life sciences industry (clinical research, pharma, biotech, or healthcare). Direct life sciences experience is highly valued but not strictly required.
