Formación

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in international environments.
  • High level of English (minimum C1) and Spanish.

  • Deliver training and coaching to managers to enhance their leadership capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and ethical standards.

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to collaborate with our leaders and employees in creating a harmonious work environment.

This role involves implementing HR policies, providing strategic support, and fostering a culture aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, anticipating needs and developing tailored solutions that drive organizational success.
  • Deliver training and coaching to managers to enhance their leadership capabilities.
  • Promote the development of core HR processes, creating guidelines and providing direction on HR policies and practices.
Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
  • Advise employees and managers on labor relations, internal policies, and HR procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with management and Legal to resolve employee conflicts, including disciplinary actions.
Talent Management & Development
  • Guide performance evaluation processes, leadership development programs, and action plans.
  • Promote professional development initiatives, including training, mentoring, and career pathing.
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
Requirements
Academic Background
  • University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field.
Professional Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in international environments.
Languages
  • High level of English (minimum C1) and Spanish.
