About the role

As a key member of the Growth Innovation team, you’ll be part of a cross-functional group dedicated to fueling product expansion through creative thinking and rapid experimentation. This team plays a pivotal role in broadening the company’s impact by partnering with product, design, and other teams to explore new concepts, build scalable features, and attract more users to the platform. You’ll also have a hand in shaping the technical architecture and influencing the long-term engineering vision.

Tech stack

The company’s platform is built using technologies such as React, React Native, Python, and Django, and is currently transitioning parts of its codebase to Next.js and Expo. Strong emphasis is placed on testing, quality, and developer autonomy.

What will you do

• Lead the design and development of growth-focused features across web and mobile.

• Guide the team through complex technical decisions and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Partner with product and design teams to rapidly test and iterate on new ideas.

• Contribute to shared architecture by helping transition to modern frameworks.

• Act as a mentor to other engineers and support their professional growth.

• Collaborate closely with global teams to align on roadmap priorities and deliver impactful results.

Ideally you bring

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.

• Hands-on experience building and deploying web or mobile applications.

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with frameworks like React, React Native, or similar.

• Solid understanding of backend development, preferably in Python/Django.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and testing best practices.

• Experience leading technical projects and collaborating across teams.

• A strong problem-solving mindset and effective communication skills.

• Fluency in English (working language).
