A dynamic international company is looking for a customer service professional to support sellers and buyers. The ideal candidate will have advanced Spanish (C2) and at least B2 English skills, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles. Opportunities include meal and transport allowances, as well as private health insurance after 6 months.

Descripción del empleo

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Setup: On-site

Are you a customer service professional with advanced Spanish skills (C2) and at least B2 level in English? Join our team in Lisbon and support sellers and buyers with your expertise.

Schedule
  • Monday to Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00 (rotative shifts)
  • 2 rotative days off per week
  • At a later stage, the client may switch to 24/7 coverage (rotative shifts)
Your Profile
  • Spanish language skills at C2 level
  • English language skills at minimum B2 level
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, telesales, account management, customer success, or business development-related roles
  • Strong sales awareness and ability to influence seller success
  • Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
  • Must hold an EU ID, Residence Card, or valid Visa: Manifestação de Interesse also accepted. Visa support may be discussed during the process.
