What You'll Do

You will work closely with the Human Resources Senior Manager and Senior Director to:

  • Oversee the career management process
  • Organize Career Development Committees
  • Prepare CD dossiers
  • Coordinate the upward feedback process using the internal IT system
  • Manage evaluation requests and follow-ups through the internal IT system
  • Ensure internal databases are accurately updated
  • Support the preparation of recurrent reports and data analyses
  • Manage the Buddy Program
  • Execute internal communication initiatives
  • Monitor and follow up on actions from the annual strategic plan
  • Provide support with local immigration and mobility matters
  • Assist the team with new initiatives and ad hoc projects

What You'll Bring

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Human Resources
  • Master's in Human Resources is highly valuable
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a consulting firm, training company, or corporate HR department
  • Full proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and ethical standards
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Professional approach to time management and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Team-oriented with adaptability to change
  • Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and stress management skills

Who You'll Work With

This role primarily supports the people development team, assisting the HR Senior Director and Senior Manager with career development processes, evaluation requests, reports, and dossiers. You will also participate in initiatives such as Affiliation @BCG, new HR tools like Workday, and mentorship programs.
