Formación

Job Overview

The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama is the island's most iconic 5‑star resort with 462 rooms and suites, award‑winning dining, spa & fitness centre, and the largest Ritz Kids in Europe.

We are looking for a Spa Service Expert to deliver exceptional wellness experiences in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general guidance to guests about the spa, locker use, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
  • Offer amenities such as water, juices, or heated neck pillows to enhance guest comfort.
  • Answer questions about spa services and hotel facilities.
  • Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
  • Regularly check the system for updates and schedule changes throughout the day.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations, treatment rooms, lockers, and common areas.
  • Place used linens in the designated area.
  • Secure products and equipment at the end of each shift.
  • Restock lockers, lounge areas, and hospitality stations with towels, linens, products, and amenities.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service (preferably in luxury hotels).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Valid work permit in Spain.
