We are looking for a
  • Social Content Manager,

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing Time Out Madrid's social media networks, including planning, content creation, branded content management, and internal campaigns. You will work to achieve the best results alongside the marketing, commercial, and editorial departments.

We seek a creative, proactive, organized, responsible, positive person with attention to detail and capable of leading and delegating effectively.

Skills & Experience
  • Define key messages for campaigns and products.
  • Participate in designing social media strategy.
  • Adapt and optimize strategies and campaigns for each platform to increase visibility of editorial and paid content.
  • Community management.
  • Be part of the creative video team, offering new ideas weekly based on current trends.
  • Create video content for our platforms.
  • Manage and direct content creators.
  • Manage and create social content for product launches and digital branding campaigns.
  • Schedule and publish content.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns.
  • Monitor KPIs and objectives, both quantitatively and qualitatively, for social networks and campaigns.
  • Optimize based on data and metrics analysis.
  • Conduct ongoing research and social listening to discover new insights and trends to adapt and implement in Time Out platforms.
What we are looking for
  • A person with at least 3 years of experience in community management/social media management/content creation.
  • Professional experience managing social profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and communities, including paid campaigns.
  • Strategic and creative vision in social media.
  • Knowledge and experience in producing videos for social media.
  • Knowledge of local influencer marketing.
  • Organized, methodical, responsible, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure.
  • Curious, proactive, positive, social, and a team player.
