Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Flow Designer workflows, and catalog items based on requirements.
• Create and maintain ServiceNow forms, tables, views, and records.
• Design and implement applications that meet business needs
• Maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance
• Automate business processes to improve efficiency
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate project progress and results
• Implement best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables
