Amaris Consulting busca un(a) desarrollador(a) de ServiceNow para unirse a su equipo en Santander. El(a) candidato(a) ideal tendrá más de 3 años de experiencia en la plataforma, específicamente en módulos ITSM, CSM y ITOM. Se dará prioridad a aquellos que cuenten con certificaciones de ServiceNow y habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español. Formación

• Experiencia de al menos 3 años en la plataforma ServiceNow con enfoque en módulos ITSM, CSM y ITOM.
• Certificaciones oficiales de ServiceNow en al menos uno de los módulos mencionados.
• Capacidad alta de comunicación tanto oral como escrita en inglés y español.

Responsabilidades

• Implementar y personalizar flujos de trabajo y módulos dentro de ServiceNow.
• Configurar e integrar sistemas externos usando APIs para la sincronización de datos.
• Gestionar proyectos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.

Must Have:

• +3y knowledge and hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform, with special focus on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
• Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).
• High ability to communicate effectively both orally and documented.
• Analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking.
• High level of spoken and written English and Spanish (C1 or similar).
• Ability to take responsibility and focus on meeting objectives.

? WHAT WILL YOU DO? ?

• Implement and customize workflows, incidents, problems, changes, request management, and service catalogs within the ITSM module.
• Configure and customize case management modules, self-service portals, customer service workflows, and integrate with third-party tools within the CSM module.
• Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and integration with external systems for automation and proactive infrastructure and operations management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
• Develop custom integrations using Python programming.
• Implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Communicate effectively both orally and documented.
• Apply analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking to solve problems.
• Manage projects and take responsibility for meeting objectives.
