• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Solution Lead or Business Analyst.
• 5+ years’ experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
• Experience with Agile, Six Sigma and Lean principles preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead solution design for large and complex engagements.
• Facilitates global workshops and acts as consultant to business functions.
• Develop solutions in partnership with Global and Regional Functional Leaders.
