A fintech startup in Spain seeks a senior Engineer with at least 7 years of experience. The role involves building user interfaces, scaling data systems, and mentoring the tech team. Flanks is shaking up the wealth management industry by making it simpler and more efficient for financial institutions. Our SaaS platform helps banks, family offices, and wealth managers get a full picture of their clients' financial assets—all in one place.

This is a senior role and we expect experience and strong opinions. You’ll have a voice, autonomy, and room to grow, though you won’t be the main driver of most projects.

We offer fair compensation (from 50K to 60K € per year for this role). We’re not at the very top of the market, but we plan to adjust compensation as you grow with the company. You will not be left behind. This is a great time to join as we expect significant growth and changes this year.
