Job Title : Senior SAP Cost Controlling Consultant

Location : Hybrid – Madrid, León, or Guadalajara, Spain

Are you an experienced SAP CO professional ready to play a key role in a major SAP transformation? Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Madrid, is embarking on a journey from ECC to S/4HANA – and they are seeking a Senior SAP Cost Controlling Expert to help shape and deliver this critical transformation across the Controlling area of their business.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP CO, with a strong focus on Product Costing and General Ledger.
• Lead and support configuration, implementation, and ongoing support activities within SAP CO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless ECC to S/4HANA transition.
• Participate in full lifecycle project phases, from requirements gathering through to post-implementation support.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams, driving best practices and process optimization.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of hands-on SAP CO experience, with proven expertise in Product Costing and General Ledger.
• Proficiency in SAP CO configuration and implementation, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP CO-PC.
• Demonstrated experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP CO implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
