Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and intralogistics? Join us as a Senior Sales Manager and drive new opportunities in Spain and Portugal!

As a Senior Sales Manager you’ll take the lead in driving strategic growth across Spain and Portugal. In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with the Managing Director to shape and execute innovative sales strategies, unlock market potential, and deliver ambitious revenue targets. We're looking for a consultative sales expert with strong market insight, CRM fluency, and a talent for building lasting relationships. You’ll manage a dynamic pipeline, close high-value deals, and grow our customer base—while helping shape the future of our business in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market segmentation and vertical strategies for Spain & Portugal, including performance analysis, automation opportunities, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Build and sustain profitable customer relationships while identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Lead senior stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to align complex sales cycles and go/no-go decisions.
  • Deliver expert consultative sales support with tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from strategic prospecting to complex deal closure and execution.
  • Craft and present high-impact proposals aligned with business goals and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate across teams to refine sales processes, structures, and best practices.
  • Partner with marketing to elevate brand positioning and grow regional market presence.
  • Represent the company at industry events to expand networks and reinforce thought leadership.

The role will primarily focus on strategic business development and high-value lead generation (70-75%), with the remaining 25-30% dedicated to nurturing and expanding relationships with existing customers.

Desired experience:

  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable qualification combined with a strategic and entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting.
  • Minimum five years of professional experience in B2B direct sales in the field of intralogistics, logistics automation, conveyor technology, AGV/AMR or capital goods requiring explanation in mechanical engineering.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a senior sales role.
  • Professional experience in an international corporate environment is an advantage.
  • Good basic technical understanding in the disciplines of mechanics, electrics and automation.
  • Proven success in building sustainable customer relationships and acquiring new customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and used to handling complex data.
  • Good knowledge of material flow with experience in project realisation.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is a requirement.
