A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a Sales Director to spearhead growth in Spain from their Madrid office. With 10–15+ years in IT services and a strong background in B2B sales, the ideal candidate will manage a sales team, drive strategy, and strengthen C-level relationships. Fluency in Spanish is essential, with English preferred. This role offers significant commercial ownership and the chance to work on innovative projects.

As part of our European expansion strategy, we have recently launched our presence in Spain by opening an office in Madrid.
We are now looking for a Sales Director who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and scaling our commercial performance in the Spanish market.
Manage and coach the existing Sales and Pre‑sales team.
Drive the commercial strategy in Spain, aligned with corporate growth objectives and go‑to‑market priorities.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, covering prospecting, account planning, forecasting, and deal governance.
Establish and strengthen C‑level relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers in target accounts.
Coordinate closely with delivery, solution architects, and pre‑sales to ensure high‑quality proposals, and successful handover to delivery teams.
10–15+ years of experience in IT services / technology consulting, ideally with exposure to Cloud services and digital transformation engagements.
A high‑impact role with full commercial ownership in Spain, within a fast growing international company.
