A leading technology company in Spain is seeking a Renewal Account Manager to oversee the renewal of recurring revenue contracts. The role involves engaging with decision-makers, negotiating contracts, and maximizing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in account management, particularly within an Enterprise SaaS organization, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. This is an opportunity to contribute significantly as part of a pivotal team.

We are seeking a Renewal Account Manager to oversee the renewal of recurring revenue contracts, ensuring the highest levels of account management to protect our revenue streams. You will join a team of global renewal reps who are responsible for a high percentage of the company’s overall revenues. Due to being a small team within a small company, each individual is viewed as a key member with the ability to contribute to Flexera in ways that extend beyond their daily role of renewals.   • Own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships
  • Actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments
  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in your territory
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts that align with customer and Flexera goals
  • Discover and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth
  • Strategize on renewal engagement, maximizing revenue retention
  • 5+ years of Sales / Customer Success / Renewals / Account Management experience, preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
  • Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals
  • History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to grow business strategically, i.e., creating new processes and initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
