You will perform both manual and automated testing, primarily using Python, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure product quality. WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Designing and implementing effective testing strategies and plans. Performing hands‑on manual and automated testing (Python). Actively collaborating with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the development and release cycles. Identifying bottlenecks and improving QA processes and workflows. Proactively solving testing-related challenges and ensuring product quality. Not only distributing tasks but also directly participating in day‑to‑day testing activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

At least 3‑4 years of experience in software testing, including at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in test automation (Python). Hands‑on experience in payments / B2B testing. Strong hands‑on skills in manual testing and working with complex business logic. Strong experience in performance and load testing. Solid knowledge of the Kibana system, Postman, and API testing. Experience integrating automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (Allure reporting). Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Good communication skills in English and Russian.
