As Project Manager of Capital Projects you will collaborate closely with internal partners—including Physical Security, Network, Audio‑Visual, Food & Beverage and Facilities teams—to create world‑class spaces that reflect and celebrate the brand’s identity. Given the regional scope of this position you will need to balance time zones, coordinate meetings across regions, and communicate regularly with the Americas. Finance teams will rely on you for accurate monthly cash‑flow updates and quarterly forecasts. While conceptual processes exist, we are building formal documentation and structured training programs to ensure consistency and efficiency.

What You’ll Take On

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager, Capital Projects, to join our Corporate Real Estate team and lead the delivery of high‑impact workplace projects across Europe. This role blends technical expertise, creative problem‑solving and operational leadership to bring our brand and culture to life through thoughtful, functional, and future‑ready environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead planning, design and construction for capital projects ranging from $250K to $8M and square metres, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary project teams—including architects, engineers, consultants and contractors—to achieve high‑quality, brand‑aligned outcomes.
  • Manage project programming and pre‑design to align business needs with workplace strategy and operational goals.
  • Review and approve drawings, budgets, schedules and contracts for quality, feasibility and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to UK and EU building codes, safety standards and corporate design guidelines.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT and Workplace Experience to maintain project governance, transparency and reporting.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across several European markets with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Champion sustainability, innovation and efficiency across all project phases.
What You Bring
  • Negotiate contract terms, costs and scopes of work with vendors and consultants.
  • Ensure consistency in procurement execution and cost tracking, aligning with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Enforce adherence to corporate real‑estate standards and guidelines.
  • Oversee project budgets, taking corrective actions for variances to keep budgets balanced year‑end.
  • Accountable for overall project delivery across the regional portfolio.
  • Develop proposals outlining project requirements, structure, approach and work plans.
  • Help develop global fiscal plans and budgets aligned with executive strategy and goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary consultants and internal project teams.
  • Maintain project documentation and communication via Slack channels and project briefs to ensure transparency.
  • Align business‑unit projects with the overarching executive corporate strategy.
  • Participate in bi‑weekly portfolio reviews with global partner teams to maintain visibility and accountability.
  • Address escalated decisions, risks and issues proactively to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of corporate workplace design and operational guidelines.
  • Solicit regular feedback and provide coaching to strengthen team performance and growth.
  • Hold regular one‑on‑one discussions to identify development opportunities and align career goals.
Great to Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Facility Management, Project Management or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven background in architecture, facilities management and/or capital project management.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness to adapt across diverse regions and teams.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly, embrace change and iterate rapidly.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and comfort managing complex, multi‑country projects in dynamic environments.
Additional Details
  • Projects span corporate workplace, R&D and hybrid environments across Europe.
  • Minimal travel required—typically short quarterly site visits.
What We Offer You
  • Great company culture ranked among the most creative and innovative workplaces.
  • Opportunities for growth within a global entertainment company that encourages curiosity, collaboration and career development.
  • Work hard, play hard: corporate boot‑camp classes, company parties, game release events, monthly socials and team challenges.
  • Benefits: medical (HSA & FSA), dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan, commuter benefits, in‑house wellness program, broad learning & development opportunities, charitable giving platform with company match.
