• KPI Monitoring and Insights : You analyze KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing data-driven insights for strategic initiatives.

In-Depth Analysis and Reporting : You support the Product Managers with detailed analyses, translating qualitative insights into quantitative data, and delivering comprehensive reports.

• A / B Testing and Coordination : You conduct A / B testing analysis to evaluate product changes and map cross-squad dependencies for effective implementation.
• Automation and Dashboard Management : You automate tasks and develop dashboards for real-time insights, reducing manual work and centralizing key data.
• Data Standards and Support : You maintain high standards for product analytics, ensuring data integrity, and consult with Product Managers to guide data-driven decisions.

• You understand key business metrics and product management, translating data insights into business strategies.
• You are effective in communication and collaboration, managing stakeholders, and facilitating discussions with cross-functional teams.
• You have strong project management skills, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
• You thrive working with cross functional product teams, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and development teams on a daily basis to achieve a common goal.

Our commitment to you

• Compensation Package : The total compensation for this role is up to 61.600 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a Virtual Stock Options Package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 44.000 EUR and 56.000 EUR.
