Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to serve on and elevate our new casual game, Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

The Monopoly GO! team is one of our key franchises and has just become one of Scopely’s largest games. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.

What You Will Do

• As a Senior Producer, you will join the Live Operations Team on Monopoly GO! and take ownership of the day-to-day production for all Live Mini Games. You’ll ensure smooth execution across multiple teams while aligning production with retention-driven Live Ops strategies.
• Lead the end-to-end production lifecycle for mini-game reskins in Live Ops: from planning and tracking to execution and final delivery.
• Oversee and optimize reskin production pipelines, ensuring high-quality, timely, and efficient output.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Content, Art, Localization, Economy Design, and Live Ops to align on goals and timelines.
• Partner with the Live Ops team to schedule reskins based on retention strategies, player behavior data, and event cadence.
• Partner closely with the Product Owner to deliver on short and long term development objectives.
• Ensure each reskin maintains game balance and monetization alignment by working with Content and Economy teams.
• Brief creative concepts and ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and seasonal thematic relevance in partnership with Art.
• Coordinate with Localization to ensure timely and contextually accurate translations for global audiences.
• Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, resolve issues before they impact delivery, and manage dependencies across teams.
• Track and report on key metrics such as reskin engagement, player retention, and production velocity.
• Champion continuous process improvement, promoting lean pipelines and strong cross-team communication.
• Maintain up-to-date task tracking systems (Jira or equivalent) to reflect current sprint and delivery status.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in game production, ideally in live operations within the mobile F2P space
• Proven success in managing and shipping live content (reskins, events, features) in fast-paced environments
• Strong track record collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across functions
• Expertise in project management: sprint planning, backlog grooming, timeline control, and cross-team coordination
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Trello, or similar
• A passion for data-informed decision-making and retention-oriented game design
• Highly organized, structured thinker with strong attention to detail
• Natural problem-solver who thrives in high-pressure and ambiguous situations
• Collaborative mindset; skilled at aligning cross-functional teams toward a common goal
• Deeply player-focused, with a passion for quality, fun, and long-term engagement
