Senior/Principal Consultant – Strategy & Management Consulting

What you do

• Deliver strategic consulting services to Allianz Group entities, focusing on business transformation, market positioning, and operational excellence.
• Lead strategic initiatives including market entry, growth strategy, digital transformation, operations improvement and organisational redesign.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of business models, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with senior stakeholders to align on goals and execution plans.
• Support change management and implementation planning for strategic programmes.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership.
• Drive business development efforts including proposal creation and client relationship management.

What you bring

• Excellent Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in strategy or management consulting.
• Demonstrate knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in strategic planning, business case development and market analysis.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead strategic engagements.
• Experience in change management, organisational design and transformation programmes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel and strategic modelling tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and facilitate decision‑making.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a plus).
• Financial services industry experience is mandatory.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Interest in digital strategy, innovation and technology is highly valued.
