What will you do? ?

You will be the go-to person for handling high-priority incidents in a fast-paced, international environment. Your main responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of major incident management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams under pressure
  • Ensure clear, effective communication with global stakeholders in both French and English
  • Lead post-incident reviews and continuous improvement actions
  • Participate in on-call rotations with the team

? Your soft skills will be just as critical as your technical know-how. We're looking for someone who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
