Location: Madrid-hybrid / EU-Remote

We're a playful, design-driven mobile studio crafting cute, casual, and cozy merging games that spark joy. Our mission is to create beautifully intuitive worlds where players can relax, collect, and express creativity through delightful interactions.

Our art is central to that mission: warm, charming, and full of life. We're now looking for a Senior 2D Artist to bring strong fundamentals, hands-on execution, and a love of storytelling into our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Create & Elevate Art – Deliver polished concepts, illustrations, and isometric assets (mergeables, buildings, environments, and characters).
• Own Complex Tasks – Take on challenging compositions and high-level visuals without needing micromanagement.
• Storytelling Through Art – Design narrative-driven assets for comics, storyboards, trailers, and character moments.
• AI & Overpainting – Integrate AI tools into your workflow, refining outputs into production-ready art.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with designers, animators, and narrative leads to bring playful worlds to life.
• Set Standards – Raise the artistic benchmark for the team and help guide others with feedback, mentoring, and best practices.

You Bring

• Passion for cartoons, comics, Disney / Pixar, or casual games—artists who enjoy this aesthetic thrive fastest in our team.
• Strong fundamentals in concept art, composition, and rendering.
• Confident with isometry, anatomy, hand sketching, and style matching.
• Experience in visual storytelling (storyboards, comics, narrative illustration).
• Comfort with AI tools in the art pipeline and openness to experiment.
• Basic knowledge of animation principles and Unity art requirements.
• Experience working on mobile F2P projects.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• A fast, iterative working style—comfortable with weekly shifts and creative changes.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in casual mobile gaming, though not strictly required if your fundamentals are strong.
• Expertise in narrative design or storytelling.
• Leadership potential to grow into a mentoring or lead artist role.
