En este rol, serás responsable de definir la dirección técnica del ecosistema frontend y liderar la evolución del sistema de diseño. Se busca un candidato con más de 6 años de experiencia en frontend y 4 años en React y TypeScript, que pueda influir directamente en la experiencia del usuario y la arquitectura técnica de la plataforma.

• Más de 6 años de experiencia profesional en frontend, con 4 años utilizando React y TypeScript.
• Conocimiento profundo de los internos del navegador y capacidad comprobada para mejorar el rendimiento.
• Entendimiento experto de JavaScript, HTML, CSS y APIs del navegador.

A leading scheduling platform, used by over 30 million people, is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to work remotely in Spain.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be more than just a builder—you’re a feature owner, a UX advocate, and a performance leader who thrives on delivering meaningful, high-quality user experiences at scale. You’ll be instrumental in defining the frontend architecture and standards for a platform used by millions.

What You Will Do

• Define and guide the technical direction for the frontend ecosystem.
• Lead the evolution of the Design System and Component Library.
• Own Core Web Vitals and performance metrics, optimising bundle sizes and build speeds.
• Leverage advanced techniques like React Server Components (RSC) within Next.js for exceptional performance.
• Architect efficient state management, optimising API interactions via Apollo Client and GraphQL.
• Act as a core stakeholder in improving the Developer Experience (DX), refining CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Champion accessibility (WCAG compliance) and inclusive design across user experiences.
• Lead through high‑quality code, rigorous reviews, and mentor mid‑level engineers in TypeScript best practices.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone who views the frontend as a strategic product foundation and brings strong architectural intuition.

Your background should include:

• 6+ years of professional frontend experience, with 4+ years using React and TypeScript in large‑scale applications.
• Deep knowledge of browser internals and a proven ability to deliver substantial performance improvements.
• Expert‑level understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and core browser APIs.
• Advanced knowledge of GraphQL, Apollo Client, and effective caching patterns.
• Strong ability to collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate goals into high‑impact technical solutions.
