Job description

Join Mantu’s Corporate team and play a key role in boosting the visibility, reputation, and brand preference of Mantu internationally. You will lead strategic initiatives across PR, corporate social media, people advocacy, awards, online reputation, external speaking engagements, and corporate asset production, contributing to the Group’s global influence and recognition.

Your missions
Media Relations & Influence (PR)
  • Define and execute the PR strategy (corporate, business, employer, ESG).
  • Run the press office, managing inbound requests, proactive outreach, and spokesperson coordination.
  • Build key messages, Q&As, and conduct media training for leaders.
  • Partner with the Content Lead to develop and promote thought-leadership angles.
Social Media & People Advocacy
  • Own the Group LinkedIn narrative and calendar, including publishing and community management.
  • Orchestrate key people presence (CEO, C-suite, experts): editorial planning, coaching, post writing, and measurement.
  • Boost the Employee Advocacy program and ensure international governance.
Awards & Distinctions
  • Lead awards and distinctions watch and prioritization by country and segment.
  • Build award submissions with proof points, data, cases, and interviews in collaboration with the Content Lead.
  • Maximize post-win activation across PR, social, web, and sales enablement.
Online Reputation & Social Listening
  • Operate 360° monitoring of media, social, and ratings; manage alerting and coordinated responses.
  • Maintain accuracy of Wikipedia / public profiles and key facts.
Corporate Awareness : Podcasts & Events
  • Build and manage a speaker bureau (topics, bios, media kit).
  • Source and prioritize podcasts, conferences, and juries; coach and brief speakers.
  • Activate speaking opportunities across PR, social, website, and nurturing.
Corporate Assets & Brand Center
  • Maintain and enrich corporate assets: press kit, boilerplates, factsheet, corporate deck, b-roll / photos, and media library.
Measurement & Governance
  • Define KPIs (SOV / sentiment, qualified reach, referral traffic, attributed MQLs / leads, DA / backlinks, advocacy engagement).
  • Maintain a monthly dashboard and quarterly reviews.
Your profile
  • Master’s degree from a university, communication school, or business school.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in external communications / PR in international B2B (consulting, tech, services).
  • Proven success in tier-1 / tier-2 media relations and corporate LinkedIn management.
  • Project management and cross-team coordination skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfortable with C-level stakeholders; able to coach spokespersons.
  • Service-oriented, clear communicator, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Creative, proactive, and efficient in multitasking.
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Mastering generative AI such as OpenAI tools for improving day-to-day productivity.
