Overview

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize daily Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads Manager (Facebook / Instagram), and DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon Ads).
  • Drive new player acquisition through multichannel performance strategies.
  • Define audiences, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to increase conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with CRM, analytics, and product teams to maximize full-funnel profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising regulations in the online gaming sector across different markets.
  • Prepare detailed reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Paid Media / Programmatic within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or high-volume apps.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Experience managing large budgets and international campaigns.
  • Strong command of GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, and Conversion API.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and business metrics (ROI, ROAS, LTV).
Nice to Have
  • Experience in user acquisition for mobile apps (Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads).
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or DV360.
  • Knowledge of the cookieless ecosystem, server-side tracking, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Additional languages (English or others) to manage international campaigns.
