Formación

  • Qualified lawyer with relevant legal education and bar membership.
  • Proven in-house legal experience, particularly in commercial contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive and business-oriented mindset, able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide day-to-day legal support for compliance with commercial contracts.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
  • Advise on data protection matters and compliance topics.
  • Collaborate with international legal teams as needed.
  • Support business teams during growth and structuring phases.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide day-to-day legal support to ensure compliance with commercial contracts and regulations
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with clients and suppliers
  • Advise on data protection matters (GDPR) and other compliance topics
  • Collaborate with legal teams in other countries when needed
  • Support various business teams during an exciting phase of growth and structuring

Requirements :

  • Qualified lawyer in Spain, with relevant legal education and bar membership
  • Proven in-house legal experience, preferably in commercial contracting
  • Strong knowledge of data protection regulations
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • A proactive, business-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
