Una empresa de transformación digital en Barcelona busca un Ingeniero de Plataforma para desarrollar y operar Nimbus, una innovadora plataforma de desarrollo en la nube. El candidato ideal tiene más de 5 años de experiencia en tecnologías de la nube y prácticas DevOps, así como un sólido conocimiento de orquestación de contenedores. Ofrecemos una modalidad híbrida de trabajo con un mínimo de presencia en la oficina de 2 días a la semana.

Formación

• Más de 5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de plataformas o un rol similar.
• Experiencia con herramientas de contenedorización y orquestación.
• Comprensión profunda del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software.

Responsabilidades

• Operar y desarrollar Nimbus, la plataforma de desarrollo en la nube para productos de software.
• Proporcionar un entorno sin interrupciones para diseñar, construir, probar y desplegar aplicaciones.

LGT Digital Factory (Spain) S.L. is searching for a Plarform Engineer for our Barcelona Office.

In the course of the implementation of LGT's digital vision, LGT Digital Factory (DiF) acts as a strategic nearshore partner to implement state-of-the-art digital products for clients and employees. Together with a young, highly motivated team you will help build and run the promising platform for Software developers.

Responsibilities

We seek a skilled Platform Engineer to join our team and take charge of operating and developing Nimbus, the cutting-edge cloud development platform for software products. As the backbone of our development infrastructure, Nimbus provides a seamless environment for our teams to design, build, test, and deploy applications efficiently. We work exclusively for LGT Private Bank group and provide our colleagues in IT and business with a highly functional and reliable infrastructure.

• Operate and develop Nimbus, the cloud development platform for software products.
• Provide a seamless environment for teams to design, build, test, and deploy applications efficiently.
• Work exclusively for LGT Private Bank group and provide colleagues in IT and business with a highly functional and reliable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Platform Engineering, Cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with containerization, orchestration tools, and scripting languages is essential.
• A deep understanding of software development lifecycle and the ability to work collaboratively with product development.
• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or a similar role
• SaaS Backend development, preferably in Go
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services, particularly AKS
• Proficient in container orchestration and Kubernetes administration
• Experience with Crossplane for infrastructure orchestration
• Expertise in developing custom Kubernetes operators using Kubebuilder
• Good understanding of main network concepts (TCP/IP layers, DNS, Routing)
• Experience with secret management solutions (External Secrets, Azure Key Vault, CSI drivers)
• Hands-on experience with CNI plugins and network configurations
• Strong programming skills in Golang for backend services
• Advanced knowledge of scaled-up GitLab CI/CD and GitOps practices
• Understanding of container security and network policies
• English Business fluent
