The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, and the candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with leadership in all project phases.
• Experience in retail, shopping centres, and mixed-use projects is essential.
• Commercial awareness and knowledge of Spanish Building Regulations is required.

We are looking for a Senior Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience, capable of leading large-scale projects through all phases: Concept, Schematic Design, Detail Design, and Site Supervision. The candidate should be skilled in coordinating internal and external teams and managing client relationships. A blend of creative and technical skills is essential, with valuable experience in retail, shopping centres, and mixed-use developments. Proficiency in English, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is required. Immediate start and competitive remuneration offered.
