As we integrate AI into our operations for the first time, we are seeking a trailblazing Senior AI Engineer to lay the foundation of our AI journey. If you're excited by building AI systems from scratch and making a lasting impact, this is your opportunity!

What you’ll do as a Senior AI Engineer…

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM-powered chatbots and automation tools that enhance user engagement.
• Train and fine-tune large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for specific business needs, ensuring accurate responses.
• Establish infrastructure and tools for scalable AI development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate conversational AI solutions.
• Prototype and iterate on AI-driven features to deliver high-impact solutions quickly.
• Stay updated with NLP, LLMs, and AI advancements, applying cutting-edge techniques.
• Provide technical leadership in AI, establishing best practices and innovative solutions.

What we’re looking for…

• 3-5 years of AI development experience, focusing on LLMs and conversational AI systems.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines with LangChain, LLamaIndex, or custom retrieval systems.
• Experience with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, LLamaIndex.
• Strong understanding of embedding models, retrieval algorithms, and document ranking.
• Background in data engineering, including pipelines and preprocessing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI architecture.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments is a plus.
